Delivery Information

UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders over £100. Orders under £100 incur a flat delivery charge of £6.95.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 1–3 working days via DPD or Royal Mail, depending on the size of your order.

Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is available on most in-stock items for orders placed before 2pm. Select next-day delivery at checkout. Next-day delivery is not available for heavy items shipped via pallet courier.

Heavy Items (Batteries & Large Panels)

Batteries, large solar panels, and complete kits are shipped via pallet courier (Pallet Force or XDP). These items typically take 2–5 working days to arrive due to the specialist handling required.

You will receive a tracking number and delivery window by email once your order has been dispatched. The courier will contact you to arrange a delivery slot.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

We deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. A surcharge of £14.95 applies to standard parcels. Heavy items shipped via pallet courier may incur a higher surcharge depending on the delivery location.

Northern Ireland

We deliver to Northern Ireland. A surcharge of £14.95 applies. Please note that some shipments to Northern Ireland may be subject to additional customs checks following changes to UK–EU trade arrangements.

Travelling Abroad?

We’re a UK-based business and our standard shipping covers the UK mainland, Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland. We don’t currently offer international checkout.

But we know off-grid systems travel — that’s the whole point. If you’re abroad and something in your system needs replacing, get in touch with our support team. If we supplied your system or designed it with our tool, we’ll have your full spec on file and can identify the exact replacement part you need. We’ll do our best to get it to you wherever you are.

Order Tracking

All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the courier’s website — a direct tracking link is included in your dispatch email.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible:

For damaged items, please take photographs of the packaging and the damage before discarding any packaging materials. This helps us resolve your claim quickly with the courier.
